Susitna Adventure Lodge
Susitna Adventure Lodge is located at mile 77 and is the first lodge when driving in from Cantwell.
The lodge is owned by Iditarod dogsled racers Paige and Cody. So it’s only natural that they provide dogsled tours but they also have canoe’s and fishing right in front of the lodge and trails to hike in the Clearwater Mountains.
Luxury lodging
The main Lodge has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a custom artisan log home situated on Yogi Lake.
The great room has a vaulted ceiling with large picture windows throughout allowing guests to view the wildlife coming down to the lake and the amazing views of the Alaska Range and Clearwater Mountains.
Each bedroom has a luxurious queen bed. Two of the rooms have single mattress trundle beds and one room also has a loft with a single bed.
The bathrooms have custom tiled slate shower and bidet toilets leaving our guests feeling fresh after a hard day of adventuring.
Dining
We offer a full catering service for your stay at the lodge.. Our partner HARD Eats goes big time for local ingredients – featuring Interior Alaska grass-fed beef and local pork, fresh herbs and veggies Fairbanks grown, Alaska-made corn and flour tortillas, pickled Alaska fiddleheads, and – of course – Fairbanks’s finest dessert, the Lusty Cakes. Included with our all-inclusive rates. Chef services are available at an additonal rate for nightly rentals or events.
Adventures
Our daily tour options are included with our all-inclusive pricing. Those renting the property at a nightly rate can hire our private guide per day for up to 5 persons and with an additional cost per extra person.
